Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Q: Express Postage Timeframe?

A: If you are within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) your order should be received the next business day.  If not, it may take upto 3 business days.

A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that some restrictions may apply.

Viewers of the live stream can purchase spots or "slots" before the break begins, which entitles them to a specific team or player in the break. Once the break is completed, the person or company will distribute the cards to the individuals who purchased the corresponding spots.

Sports card live breaks have become increasingly popular in recent years, as they offer collectors the chance to potentially obtain rare or valuable cards without having to purchase an entire box or pack themselves. Additionally, they allow collectors to connect with other enthusiasts and share their passion for sports card collecting.

Q: What is a PYT Break?

A: A PYT (Pick Your Team) break is a type of sports card live break where participants can purchase specific teams or players before the break begins. The cards opened during the break are then awarded to the individuals who purchased the corresponding team or player.

Q: What is a Random Break?

A: A random team break is a type of sports card live break where participants purchase a spot or slot in the break, and the teams are randomly assigned to each participant before the break begins. The person or company conducting the break will then open packs or boxes of sports cards on a live stream, and the cards pulled during the break are awarded to the individuals who were assigned the corresponding teams. This type of break adds an extra element of chance and excitement, as participants have no control over which teams they will be assigned.

What if I Don't Get Any Cards?

By purchasing a ‘spot/team’ in a Group Break, you are acquiring a 'digital good' and agreeing to have Break City open the product and ship any cards attributed to your teams, regardless of the outcome. You are buying the entertainment of participating in the Group Break and owning that spot/team. If your teams receive no cards, we do not offer refunds; however, we will provide compensation, such as an NBA pack or a Break City pack, upon request.
